Specialists of the Vinnytsia State Center for Aesthetic Education of Vocational School Students attended a 3-day retreat “Restoring Internal Resources”.
The purpose of this retreat was to relieve psycho-emotional stress and prevent emotional and professional burnout of the Center's specialists.
During the 3 days, the participants got acquainted with the techniques of psycho-emotional recovery according to the International Psycho-Prophylactic Program “Emotional First Aid Kit”, practiced techniques for relieving emotional stress and restoring internal resources.
The specialists explored their needs and chose the most effective recovery practices, gained a boost of energy, strength and inspiration, experienced new positive emotions and enriched their internal resources, which will help them to be more effective and productive at work and in life.
The retreat was held at the Mountain Crystal Hotel in the picturesque village of Polianytsia, which provided an additional opportunity to enjoy the beauty of nature and fresh air during walks; visit colorful local establishments and meditate surrounded by mountains.
The retreat was implemented within the framework of the project competition “Resilient Together”, implemented by the Podilska Hromada Community Foundation with the financial support of GFCF - The Global Fund for Community Foundations.
