Each institution has its own history. The Vinnytsia State Center for Aesthetic Education of Vocational School Students was established in 1960 by the Regional Department of Public Education of the Vinnytsia Regional Executive Committee and was called the House of Culture of Vocational Education, which was engaged in amateur artistic creativity of students of vocational schools in the region.
In 1983, it was reorganized into the House of Artistic and Technical Creativity of Vocational Education. A number of clubs were opened for technical creativity, decorative and applied arts, and amateur performances.
In 1993, the Center for Creativity of Vocational Education Students was established.
In 1994 - the Regional Educational and Methodological Center for Aesthetic Education of Vocational Education. Priority areas of activity are methodological and organizational work.
In 2004, it was renamed the Vinnytsia State Center for Aesthetic Education of Vocational School Students and was included in the system of
out-of-school educational institutions of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
Today, the Center is a powerful, comprehensive educational institution that carries out organizational, mass, informational, methodological, and educational (club) activities.
During its existence, the Vinnytsia State Center for Aesthetic Education of Vocational School Students has established itself in the city and region as a center for educational work with students of vocational (vocational-technical) education institutions and a methodological center.
