Every year, Ukraine celebrates Constitution Day on June 28. This is the only public holiday enshrined in the Constitution itself, and for the third year in a row, Ukraine has been celebrating it under martial law.
On this day, we honor the main document of our country, which defines the country's state system and guarantees the rights of citizens.
For the people of Ukraine, the Constitution is the main document with the highest legal force, the basis of national legislation, a symbol of our history, our independence, and our state.
