The Vinnytsia State Center for Aesthetic Education of Vocational School Students hosted a training on “How to Speak to Be Understood.” The event was conducted by the expert and charismatic Olga Solvar, a public speaking coach, president of the All-Ukrainian Association of Speakers, and a master's degree in journalism.
The training was attended by 15 students of the Leadership Academy “Dream. Action. Reality” Leadership Academy from seven vocational education institutions: Vinnytsia Interregional Higher Vocational School, Vinnytsia Higher Art Vocational School No. 5, Vinnytsia Vocational School No. 7, Hnivansky Vocational Lyceum, Vocational School No. 14 in Voronovytsia. Training, Kozyatyn Vocational School (official group) and Vinnytsia Higher Vocational School of Services.
The students gained valuable knowledge about the art of effective communication, the basics of profiling and leadership. Olga Solvar presented practical techniques that allow not only to interest the audience, but also to keep their attention, making speeches more convincing and influential.
