On November 05, students of the KPK-1-24 group of the Vinnytsia Center for Vocational Education of the Processing Industry joined an event initiated by the Vinnytsia Regional Center for Vocational Education and Training.
They visited the Vinnytsia Regional Art Museum, where they got acquainted with the collection of paintings by Vinnytsia artist Oleksandr Rozhkov, a monumentalist and member of the Vinnytsia Regional Organization of the National Union of Artists.
Their guide to the exhibition was Serhii Bartko, head of the museum's fine arts research department, member of the Vinnytsia regional organization of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine. He spoke emotionally and interestingly about the peculiarities of different styles and techniques used by Oleksandr Rozhkov in his work. The children also enjoyed the architecture of Vinnytsia, which is often depicted by the artist.
Such excursions and educational hours are an effective form of national and patriotic education of students. After all, they have a unique opportunity to get acquainted with the works of famous countrymen and broaden their horizons.
