On December 24, 2025, the results of the regional exhibition-competition of Christmas amulets “Christmas is coming, in the glow of the Bethlehem star” among students of vocational education institutions in Vinnytsia region were announced.
The regional exhibition-competition was held in two stages:
▪ Stage I – district and city (December 1–15, 2025) in vocational education institutions of the region;
▪ Stage II – regional, final (December 18–22, 2025) at the Vinnytsia State Center for Aesthetic Education of Vocational School Students.
The aim of the event was to study the history, preserve and popularize ancient Ukrainian traditions of celebrating Christmas, and to foster national consciousness and respect for the spiritual heritage of our people.
🎄 The final stage of the regional competition was attended by 79 students from 25 vocational education institutions in the region, who presented 64 original creative works filled with symbolism, warmth, and sincere faith in the miracle of Christmas.
When summarizing the results, the jury evaluated the works according to the following criteria:
✔ relevance to the theme of Christmas;
✔ reflection of the symbols of Ukrainian Christmas charms – wreaths, Didukh, motanka dolls, Christmas stars, and other traditional attributes.
🌟 The best creative works of the winners were presented in the form of an exhibition at the permanent exhibition of the Vinnytsia DCEC UPTNZ, where everyone can experience the atmosphere of Ukrainian Christmas, filled with light, spirituality, and folk wisdom.
