Olena Viktorivna takes a creative approach to teaching the material, striving to form a harmoniously developed, spiritually rich personality, while developing the necessary knowledge of world and Ukrainian culture, acting skills, revealing the creative individuality of the students, protecting them from mannerisms and imitation or duplication of the masters of choreographic art. The head of the club tries to organize classes in a way that is interesting for the students. She believes that monotony is the main enemy in teaching. Therefore, she is always looking for ways to arouse a keen interest in her students, trying to “ignite” them to creative cooperation. Her students take an active part in creating costume designs, selecting music, etc. The learning process takes place in a comfortable environment, and playful moments enhance the students' cognitive interest in choreography, awaken their creative imagination and fantasy.
