The International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women reminds us of key values:

🤝 fostering respect and equality,
🚫 zero tolerance for any form of violence.
📅 On the eve of the All-Ukrainian campaign “16 Days Against Violence,” the V. Otamanovsky Vinnytsia Regional Universal Scientific Library hosted a training session entitled “Equal Rights – Equal Opportunities,” which was attended by 15 students from VPU No. 11 in Vinnytsia.
🤝 The event was organized in close cooperation with the Vinnytsia State Center for Aesthetic Education of Vocational School Students.
👩🏫 The training was conducted by Valentina Baida, a trainer at the NGO “Institute for Equal Rights and Opportunities.”
⚖️The participants and the trainer discussed stereotypes and prejudices, equal access to rights and resources, and the importance of responding to discrimination. Each of them actively participated in exercises, discussions, and group work, which helped them realize their role in creating a safe and respectful society.
