📅 On November 7, 2025, the Vinnytsia State Center for Aesthetic Education of Vocational and Technical Students held an educational lecture on “Cybersecurity. Countering Online Fraud” for 👨🎓 57 students of VPU No. 11 in Vinnytsia.
📍 The speaker was Viktor Storozhuk, senior lieutenant of the Cyber Police Department of the National Police of Ukraine, representative of the Cybercrime Prevention Office in Vinnytsia region.
🎯 The purpose of the event was to inform participants about existing threats in the online space and various types of online fraud, such as phishing, scams, and identity theft.
