On September 18, 2025, a working meeting with club leaders was held at the Vinnytsia State Center for Aesthetic Education of Vocational School Students. The event was attended by Alla Sapozhnik, acting director of the institution, and Iryna Lyubchak, deputy director for educational work. ✏️
The following issues were discussed during the meeting:
✅features of organizing the educational process under martial law;
✅compliance with the algorithm of actions for club leaders and students during an “air raid” signal;
✅requirements for maintaining a journal for planning and recording club activities;
✅the procedure for conducting and registering life safety briefings;
✅the main areas of work for club leaders in the new academic year, which comprise 27 clubs and cover 757 students.
🏆 Special attention was paid to the performance of students in the regional stages of All-Ukrainian events, as well as in All-Ukrainian and international competitions and festivals in the areas of club work. The achievements of students demonstrate their high level of training and the professionalism of club leaders. Based on the results of the 2024-2025 academic year, the following club leaders were awarded certificates of merit from the Vinnytsia Regional Center for Vocational Education and Training: Liana Fedorova, leader of the decorative and applied arts club “Floristry and Painting,” and Viktor Gontar, leader of the technical creativity club “Basics of Robotics on the Arduino Platform.” 🎖️
The active participation of the meeting attendees in discussing the above issues confirmed their readiness for productive work during the new academic year.
