Teachers' appraisal is an important stage in their professional activities, which allows them to evaluate their work, identify their strengths and determine ways for further development. For each teacher, it is an opportunity to be inspired by new ideas, implement innovative approaches, and gain recognition among colleagues.
On March 25, 2025, the Vinnytsia State Center for Aesthetic Education of Vocational School Students held a meeting of the institution's certification commission with the participation of the chairman of the commission, acting director Alla Sapozhnik.
During the meeting, four pedagogical staff members of the institution were certified: Valentyna Ivanova, methodologist and cultural organizer; heads of clubs: Viktor Gontar, Liana Fedorova, and Dmytro Kanivskyi.
The main principles that guide the Center's certification committee in its work are openness and collegiality, humane and friendly attitude to teachers, completeness and objectivity of their performance evaluation.
The certification helped to unlock the potential of each teacher, motivate them to improve themselves and meet the challenges of the modern world.
