Participants of the Leadership Academy “Dream. Action. Reality” Leadership Academy of the Vinnytsia State Center for Aesthetic Education of Vocational School Students took part in another event that gave them valuable knowledge and inspiration for development. This time, they were treated to two powerful speakers.
Mykhailo Ganchuk, Director of Promavtomatika Vinnytsia LLC, spoke on “Life without Procrastination: How to Turn Time into Your Ally.” He shared effective time management tools that help avoid procrastination and achieve goals.
The second speaker, Vita Zubko, PhD, psychotherapist, art therapist, sexologist, covered the topic “Fear: Friend or Foe”. She explained the nature of fear, its positive and negative aspects, and taught participants to see this emotion as a resource for development.
