On November 12, 16 pupils of the Vinnytsia Regional Universal Scientific Library, students of the Vinnytsia Interregional Higher Vocational School, went on a tour of one of the main cultural and educational centers of Vinnytsia region.
During the tour, the participants were warmly greeted by the library staff and introduced to the rich history of the library, where every corner is full of knowledge concentrated in thousands of books. The visitors were particularly impressed by the Rare Books Department, which houses unique books of historical value. The students also got acquainted with the library's modern technologies: they learned how to use electronic catalogs and saw how to work with the latest databases.
The tour was not only a great opportunity to dive into the world of literature, learn more about their history and culture, but also to see how the library combines traditions with the latest technologies.
The event was organized within the framework of cooperation between Vinnytsia Vocational Education and Training Center and the Vinnytsia Regional Universal Scientific Library named after Valentyn Otamanovskyi.
The library is a place that everyone should visit, because it opens doors to new knowledge and unexplored horizons!
