On May 21, 2024, the Vinnytsia State Center for Aesthetic Education of Students of Vocational and Technical Educational Institutions organized communication hours on the topic: “Countering Cybercrime: Rules of Protection” for students and teachers of the Professional Lyceum of the Service Sector in Khmilnyk. Khmilnyk” and ‘Khmilnyk Agricultural Center for Vocational Education’.
The speaker was Maryna Zadverniuk, Senior Police Lieutenant, Senior Inspector for Operational Search and Partnership in the Field of Information Technology of the Cybercrime Department in Vinnytsia Region of the Cyber Police Department.
The participants of the event learned not only about the work of the cyber police, but also about current trends in online fraud. In addition, they discussed how to protect confidential data from information leakage and create a strong password.
